natural conditioned behavior?

It's funny how humans can condition themselves. Once we do something out of the ordinary that we would normally be scared of, we start feeling less emotional about it and it becomes a habit.

I wrote this note in my iphone.. obviosuly something happened in which I created this thought and deemed it important enough to write down. Currently, I do not remember why.. so sorry i it's confusing.

I'll make an example now.

When babies are young, they don't know how to eat and probably get scared of spoons. Later on though, they're conditioned to use spoons to pick up food.

That's a bad example, lemme think of one later

Faith

God is amazing. Texas was... possible. Going there really proved that we just need to trust in God for everything. The people there were so amazing and generous and really resembled a servant heart. I had a glimpse of God's kingdom there in La villa at the church.

God is good.

team meeting

i am writing during my team meeting
because this was too funny

one of my teammates started speaking in russian randomly.
my other teammate than went on to say wow, that's so cool that you can speak russian. it's more complicated than languages like spanish and french. i always wanted to speak a cool language like russian, or japanese, or chinese. as he said the languages, he looked at people on the team.

btw... this was a white guy speaking. and on our team is one russian, one japanese, another white, and me... korean.. apparently shin is chinese.

and of course, i just nodded and smiled

comfort

is it true that the closer you are with someone, the more comfortable you are with arguing with them? as in, you're okay with yelling at them about stupid and important stuff. I never feel comfortable in those situations.. but who does. I have only gotten into maybe two actual arguments with friends but I feel as though those make me stronger. It's those petty arguments that make me wonder.

I argued with my dad today. It's been awhile since I've argued with him since normally I don't talk as he lectures me and I tune out. I have the shortest temper with my parents. It sucks. I really hate that I do. I have patience with strangers, with friends, close and distant. Yet, when it comes to my parents and even my family, I have no patience. Teaching them how to use microsoft word and email was a pain in the butt. When I think about it, there is so much they do for me and have done for me. I'm such a butt-head sometimes.

dying

I noticed yesterday that my computer was only charge to a mere 97% when I have been charging it for a couple of days. NOOOO. I want to preserve this $2000 marvel for as long as I can. So, I took out the charger since you're supposed to technically charge your laptop full then take out the plug and let it run on battery and repeat... this is for maximum battery life.
As soon as I unplugged it, my computer had a freakout and turned off, turned on, turned off, then stopped pmsing and turned on again. Then, the 97 went to 96.
Now, my laptop only charges to 96%

Mr. Jobs... screw you
