peanut butter apple

Peanut butter and apples... I think I learned this tasty little delight from my parents. They eat apples and other fruits every night after dinner, and I remember once that they brought peanut butter.

I fell in love from that point on.

A bonus is that nutritionists love this snack as well because it is HEALTHY. of course, we can't add madd peanut butter although... a sea of peanut butter... with little apple pieces floating around... doesn't sound too bad.... a girl can dream

i wish i didn't have to slice the apples and manually put on the peanut butter. maybe there will be some invention.. Core Product?!?!?

true story

True STory

At work, there was a family that came in with a small little boy. They were coming up to the cash register and the parents are holding a pink hat. They point at the car toys and the wiffle bats and wooden bats around me and say "Look! Look! Do you want those?"

The little boy shakes his head and goes "No! Pink Hat!"

The parents look at me kind of embarrassed and pay for the hat.

Hmmm. So maybe being gay does start at early age? Or that kid has an interesting taste.

do you know who you're praising?

Usually I'm the number one fan of praise at any church. It gives me the words to worship since I am not good with words.

This sunday though, I didn't feel it. I looked around and was in shock of the lack of response from fellow church goers. Literally, the praise team was rocking out and worshipping fully, yet all these prideful Asian cornerstoners just stood there with hardly any movement or even raising of a hand.

I was so disappointed and remembered of the church in La Villa, TX and how the people there were so natural and joyful in their worship. They would shout energetically and lift their hands amazingly to our father. Later on, during the sermon in La Villa, Sylvia shouted out "Do you know who you're praising?!" This comment should be relayed to all cstoners. Seriously, if we really knew who we were worshipping, would we just half ass it? Would we be so worried and conscientious of our image or how we look? How can we play so much the night before and then at church, stay so reserved. Do we know who all of this is for?

WAKE UP YOU SLUGGARDS

record

when i was younger, and when there were no dvds,
i used to record everything on video tapes.

i have countless videos of music videos, i distinctly remember getting excited to record n'sync "byebyebye" and celine dion "that's the way it is" and jlo "waitint for tonight." don't ask me why i remember those ones. i thought it was so fun watching those videos over and over... now youtube is at my fingers.

on thursdays, i'd have a hard decision of watching or recording grey's anatomy vs the oc. it was the peak for both shows and the two stupid networks decided to air them at the same time. i used to rewatch those video tapes so much and when my mom wouldn't buy me more blank tapes, just rerecord over the old tapes.

man i was so cool and resourceful.
